Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you always know where it is.
Exchanges and returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or return. Items must be unworn and with their tags. Start the process by emailing us and we'll guide you step by step.
Delivery protection
You can add delivery protection in your bag: if your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you. It's optional and you can remove it anytime.
